Dr. Jessica Neff is an organizational researcher, teacher, and consultant. She is a Professor at the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism at the University of Southern California, and she also has an appointment as Research Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Business & Public Policy at the Naval Postgraduate School. Her research has been featured in a number of publications, including the Los Angeles Times and Science Daily, and has been published in leading academic journals. She holds a PhD and MA from the University of Southern California.
